During second week of 𝙎𝙋𝘼𝙏𝙄𝘼𝙇 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙧 𝙡𝙖𝙗 symposium focused on 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨, we will be gladly welcoming active researcher in the field of 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 - Enrique Tomás.
In his lecture Enrique will 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙣 the specifities of 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙨 for spatial audio 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 and 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚. He will be also comparing 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙨 with a number of standard and custom musical controllers.
🔬The lecturer, 𝙀𝙣𝙧𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙚 𝙏𝙤𝙢𝙖́𝙨, is a sound artist, 𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙧 & 𝙙𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧 of 𝙊𝙏𝙏𝙊𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙨 project and 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧 devoted to finding new 𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 & play with 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙, 𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮. Enrique´s work explores the intersection between sound art, 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙘, 𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖 and 𝙝𝙪𝙢𝙖𝙣-𝙢𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. He teaches at the 𝙏𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙘 𝙇𝙖𝙗 of the University of Art and Design of Linz, and his research has been presented at 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 peer-reviewed 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨 like NIME, ICMC, SMC, TEI and TENOR.
