Nina Pixel is a Berlin-based conceptual sound artist, currently building an instrument aimed at exploring expansive states of consciousness through sound. Her work incorporates field and voice recordings to investigate rhythms within endless pilgrimages and pre-apocalyptic narratives. Nina's music takes listeners on a journey through noisy rites and industrial myths, deeply influenced by the elements of nature.
Recently, Nina has released a double album reimagining Slovak folklore by redefining cultural narratives called ANCESTRAL ARCHEOLOGY. She has performed in national galleries in Amsterdam and Prague, as well as in Berlin clubs such as ://about blank, Suicide Circus, Tresor, Berghain Kantine, and Ausland. Her performances also extend to industrial spaces, silos, old factories, forests, and swamps.
