Explore the urban landscape in an unconventional manner to foster a personal experience during a Soundwalk & Workshop with Martin Hurych.
The Takeaway is an ongoing project by Martin Hurych, based on the idea of an intersubjective perception of an urban soundscape and considers possible transformations that can be made on an individual or collective level.
It aims to experience the urban environment in a different and unusual way and to create a new subjective and intimate experience, through listening practices and the use of headset units that function as real-time processors, listeners can interact with and "play" with the live sound environment surrounding them. This approach blurs the lines between listening and composing, as well as between performers and the audience.
The capacity of the workshop and soundwalk is limite, for participation don't forget to send a registration e-mail with the note "TAKEAWAY - registration" to phonon.crew@gmail.com .
