phonon~ association focuses on all shades of marginal electronic music mediated through events, releases, workshops & research. Association is aiming to support and contribute to the growing field of spatial audio, implementing quadraphonic, octophonic and Ambisonic speaker arrays at the events.
— Based in Usti nad Labem since 2017.
In parallel, phonon~ is a fluid collective of audiovisual artists active in the field of contemporary art.
